Dubuque Police arrested 29 year old Derrick Moore of Dubuque Tuesday around 3pm in the 4000 block of Peru Road on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, interference with official acts and possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
