Police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle crash Sunday in Dubuque. 22 year old Andrew Martin was taken by ambulance to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center. According to Dubuque police, Martin’s vehicle was traveling east on Altura Drive at 12:50 p.m. Sunday when Martin had a medical episode, causing the vehicle to travel through the intersection with North Grandview Avenue and strike a tree on a property in the 2600 block of Grandview.
