Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to County Shop Road in Darlington Township Thursday around 10pm for a domestic dispute. As a result, 25 year old Austin Bates of Darlington was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property and Bail Jumping. Bates was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remains in custody. Darlington Police assisted at the scene.
