Clinton Man Assaults Deputy at Dubuque County Jail

Authorities in Dubuque County arrested 42 year old David Cartee of Clinton around 2pm Wednesday at the Dubuque County Jail on a charge of assault on persons in certain occupations. A report says that Cartee assaulted a Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department deputy at the jail.
