Authorities have identified the two people seriously injured in a head-on collision Sunday in Dubuque County. 26 year old Kyle Kutsch of Sherrill was identified as the driver and sole occupant of one vehicle and 45 year old Rebecca Scherbring of Dubuque, was the driver and sole occupant of the other vehicle. According to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, Kutsch and Scherbring both were taken to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center and subsequently transferred to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for treatment of serious injuries.
