Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault and Child Endangerment

Dubuque Police arrested 32 year old Queinson Potter of Dubuque around 9:25 a.m. Monday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging domestic assault with injury and child endangerment.
