One Vehicle Rollover Accident In Lafayette County

Gratiot Fire and First Response and Green County EMS responded to Highway 11, Gratiot Township for a one vehicle rollover accident around 4:45pm Thursday. 51 year old Hector Guerra of Monroe was traveling west on Highway 11 he attempted to pass a semi and observed an oncoming car. Guerra entered back into his designated lane when the tires grabbed the gravel and Guerra overcorrected, crossing the center line and rolling, coming to rest in the eastbound ditch. Guerra reported minor injuries but denied EMS. Guerra’s vehicle was towed from the scene with disabling damage. Guerra was cited for Failure to Keep his Vehicle under Control and Operating a Vehicle without a valid Driver’s License.
