Dubuque Police arrested 40 year old Curnet Brewer around 2am Thursday in the 2100 block of Jackson Street on charges of domestic assault-third or subsequent offense, two counts of interference with official acts resulting in bodily injury, one count of assault on persons in certain occupations, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reports say three Dubuque Police Department officers were injured while Brewer attempted to avoid arrest.
