Officials with the Dubuque Police Department say 35 year old Candice Steffens of Dubuque was arrested shortly after 4pm on Sunday at her residence on warrants charging possession of methamphetamine-third or subsequent offense, possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
