Dubuque Man Arrested for Sexually Assault Two Children

Police said a Dubuque man sexually abused two girls under age 18. 44-year-old Todd Stratton of Dubuque was arrested at 5:45 a.m. Thursday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging third-degree sexual abuse, indecent contact with a child and incest. Court documents state that police began investigating the case on Nov. 16. A girl under age 18 reported that she had been sexually assaulted by Stratton multiple times between summer 2022 and November 2022 at a Dubuque residence, court documents state. Stratton also is accused of inappropriately touching a girl under age 13 on multiple occasions at the Dubuque residence, documents state. The warrant for Stratton’s arrest was filed Wednesday.
