Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Abuse Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Blake Adams of Dubuque around midnight Tuesday in the 2100 block of Central Avenue on charges of domestic abuse assault, providing false identification information and a probation violation.
