Dubuque Man Arrested For Meth

Police in Dubuque arrested 53 year old Anthony Blackburn of Dubuque Tuesday around 6:00 p.m. in the 2600 block of Rockdale Road on a warrant charging possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
