Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Benjamin Gerhard of Dubuque around 10:40 a.m. Saturday at his residence on charges of domestic assault with injury and interference with official acts with injury. Reports say that Gerhard also injured a Dubuque Police Department officer while being taken into custody.
