Officer Injured While Taking Man Into Custody

Police in Dubuque arrested 36 year old Richard Grimstad of Dubuque Saturday just after 8pm in the 300 block of East 16th Street on charges of interference with official acts with injury and possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants charging two counts of probation violation. Reports say a Dubuque Police Department officer was injured while taking Grimstad into custody.
