A Dubuque man who possessed multiple firearms, including one that had a device to convert it into a fully automatic weapon, was sentenced to three years in federal prison. 21 year old Jacqusyn Grubb was given the prison term in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids after pleading guilty in September to possessing a firearm as a marijuana user. U.S. District Court Judge C.J. Williams also ordered Grubb to serve a three-year term of supervised release after he is released from prison. A release states that Grubb also possessed a personally made firearm, known as a “ghost gun.” The court found Grubb possessed a firearm in connection with the offense of possession for marijuana with intent to deliver.
