Downed Powerlines With Flames And Smoke In Iowa County

Iowa County authorities received a report of downed wires with flames and smoke on Dyreson Road in the Township of Dodgeville Sunday shortly after 4pm. The Dodgeville Fire Department and Dodgeville EMS responded to the scene. Alliant Energy was contacted and also responded to the scene. The fire was extinguished, and Alliant Energy repaired the issue. No injuries were reported.
