Police Arrested Man For Criminal Trespassing

The Dubuque Police Department says 42 year old Perry Nelson was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Main Street on charges of criminal trespassing, violation of a no-contact order, interference with official acts and two counts of second-degree harassment.
