Dubuque Man Arrested For Recording Females Using Restroom

A Dubuque man has been arrested after police say he took videos of his female co-workers using the restroom. 30 year old Jacob P. Unsen was arrested Tuesday at his residence on three counts of invasion of privacy. A report says that police responded on Feb. 26 to Midwest Dental in Dubuque for a report of a male employee taking cellphone recordings of female employees using the restroom. There, an employee told officers she had entered a stall in the shared employee locker room when she noticed a coat hanging on the door with a cellphone hanging out of the pocket. When she checked the phone, she found that it was actively recording. Upon exiting the locker room, she told police she saw Unsen, who also works at the office, enter the locker room. When he left, she returned and again found that the phone was set to record a second video, prompting her to call police.
