Lafayette County authorities arrested 20 year old Hector Fonseca-Rodriguez of Darlington Saturday around 10pm. Fonseca-Rodriguez was traveling on Highway 81 in Darlington Township. As a result, Fonseca-Rodriguez was cited and arrested for Operating after Revocation, Obstructing Officer, 2nd offense OWI and Impeding Traffic. Fonseca-Rodriguez was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
