Dubuque Woman Arrested For Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug

Dubuque police arrested 38 year old Mandi Mutert of Dubuque around 1:15 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of West Ninth Street on charges of providing false identification information and four counts of unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
