Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s Department, along with Argyle EMS, responded to the Town of Adams around 6:30am Sunday for a report of a person passed out in a vehicle parked on the roadway. An investigation resulted in the operator, 18 year old Charles Rufi, of Argyle being arrested for Absolute Sobriety. Rufi was further cited for Underage Possession of Intoxicants, Underage Transportation of Intoxicants, Non-Registration of Auto, Improper Parking on a Roadway, and Operating After Suspension. Rufi was released to a responsible party pending court.
