Dubuque Man Gets Arrested For Assault With Injury

The Dubuque Police Department reports that 24 year old Douglas Holdsworth of Dubuque was arrested at 1:34 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East 15th Street on charges of assault with injury and first-degree harassment.
