Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to West Grove Street in South Wayne for a disorderly dispute just before Midnight Thursday. As a result, 45 year old Nathan Restivo of South Wayne was arrested for a valid warrant out of Monroe. Restivo was taken to the Green County Jail where he was booked.
