Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old who was last seen on Sunday. Police are looking for 14-year-old Carter Dean Hermanson, who was last seen in the 2400 block of Hillcrest Rd in Dubuque around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Hermanson was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue on the bottom, blue sweatpants with white on the legs and black Fubu shoes. He is 5’06” and 130 lbs. Officials say that his hair is now shorter than in the attached photo. He may also be with a young girl.
