Highland Woman Arrested For 4th OWI

A woman from Highland has been arrested for her 4th Offense of Driving Under the Influence. Authorities in Iowa County received a report of an occupied vehicle along the roadway with their flashers activated on Highway 130 in Dodgeville Township early Sunday shortly before 3am. Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene which resulted in the arrest of 45 year old Donna Levins of Highland. Levins is charged with 4th offense of operating while under the influence, 2nd offense of Ignition Interlock Device Tampering /Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and Operating While Revoked.  Levins was taken to the Iowa County Jail where she remains in custody.
