Dubuque Woman Arrested On Numerous Charges

A Dubuque woman was arrested by Dubuque Police on numerous charges Tuesday. 36 year old Kimberly Harrison was arrested around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at her residence on warrants charging third-degree burglary, third-degree theft and failure to appear in court.
