Dubuque Police arrested 38 year old Jeremy White of Dubuque just after 8pm Tuesday at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations with injury, second-degree harassment, interference with official acts and public intoxication. According to a report, White assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer, causing minor injuries.
