Civil Dispute In Benton Leads To Arrest

A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to Carr Factory Road in Benton Township Thursday around 2:30am for a civil dispute. As a result, 34 year old Christopher Denning of Benton was arrested for a Probation Violation. Denning was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released.
