Suspicious Vehicle Leads To Arrest Of Browntown Man

Around 1:45 AM Tuesday, Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s Department checked on a suspicious vehicle on Allen Road in the Town of Cadiz.  An investigation resulted in the driver, 24 year old David Oliver of Browntown, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Oliver was additionally cited for Possession of Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle and Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration.  Oliver was later released to a responsible party pending court.
