Dubuque Woman Arrested For Domestic Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 42 year old Charlette Blount of Dubuque around 10:19 p.m. Saturday at her residence on charges of domestic assault, first-degree harassment, second-degree harassment, child endangerment and interference with official acts.
