DOUGLAS TOWNSHIP, Wis. — Two people died Sunday morning after a motorcycle crash in Marquette County.
According to a news release, the crash happened around 8:40 a.m. on Gale Drive west of County Highway CX in Douglas Township.
The release said the motorcycle did not negotiate the curve and went off the road, entering a ditch and turning over.
Officials said both people on the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is under investigation by the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office and the Marquette County Coroner’s Office.
