WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. — Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells is still closed Sunday as the casino says it makes progress to resolve “system issues.”
According to the casino’s Facebook page, the casino has been closed since Friday morning. The “system repairs” were first mentioned in a Facebook post Thursday morning around 8 a.m., when Ho-Chunk Gaming said it would be opening later than usual.
In a post Sunday morning, the casino says the computer systems issue is “challenging,” but they “hope to have better news in the near future.”
The post said any Rewards Play, offers or coupons valid during the closed period will be addressed once they reopen.
Ho-Chunk Gaming said its hotel and RV Park remain open for hotel guests, but anyone with a question on reservations for this weekend should call 800-746-2486, extension 7962.
The Whitetail Crossing convenience store is still open for its regular business hours, as are the sister casinos in Madison, Black River Falls, Nekoosa, Wittenberg and Tomah.
The casino said it will post another update on its Facebook page Monday morning unless there is information to share sooner.
