MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a man Friday for his alleged involvement in a shooting on Madison’s east side.
Authorities said they responded to the 2100 block of Atwood Avenue around 1 a.m. on July 15 after getting a report of shots fired. Police found one shell casing after searching the area.
No one was injured and no property damage was reported at the time.
According to an updated incident report, 34-year-old Allen Crawford Jr. was taken into custody on tentative charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm by a felon and disorderly conduct.
Crawford Jr. was booked into the Dane County Jail.
