The Lancaster Police Department is reporting that Lancaster resident Bryce Bastian pleaded no contest to Possession of Child Pornography. Bastian was sentenced Monday to 3 years, and 6 months in State Prison and 4 years, 6 months of Extended Supervision with the Department of Corrections. The case originated from an Internet Crimes Against Children tip that was forwarded to the city of Lancaster Police Department to investigate. The Lancaster Police Department was granted a search warrant and obtained electronic devices from Bastian’s residence. Upon sending devices to the Division of Criminal Investigation for extraction, images and videos were located of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct on the devices.Â
