Dubuque Man Arrested After Multiple Charges

Police in Dubuque arrested 29 year old Tyler Donovan of Dubuque shortly after 3:00 a.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault with injury, false imprisonment, obstruction of emergency communication and public intoxication.
