Police say a man assaulted a teenager in Dubuque. 41 year old Willie Wilson of Dubuque was arrested Saturday around 6:30am at his residence on charges of child endangerment with injury and interference with official acts. A report says Wilson punched a 14-year-old boy multiple times during an altercation at a Dubuque residence. The assault caused bruising on the teenager.
