Woman Arrested While Assaulting Police Officer

Dubuque Police arrested 41 year old Donisha Menaphee of Dubuque around 3:40a.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of Bluebird Drive on charges of interference with official acts and assault on persons in certain occupations. According to a report, Menaphee assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer while being apprehended.
