Charli XCX has unveiled the official music video for her new single Wink Wink, giving fans another look at her next album, Music, Fashion, Film. The release marks the third song from the project and continues the rollout ahead of the album’s scheduled arrival later this summer.
The new video, directed by longtime collaborator Aidan Zamiri, follows Charli through a series of ordinary moments that take on a playful tone as the song unfolds. The visuals contrast with the lyrics, creating a lighthearted approach that matches the track’s energetic style.
Wink Wink follows the previously released singles Rock Music and SS26, each offering a different glimpse into the upcoming record. While some listeners have connected parts of the project to rock influences, Charli has made it clear that the album is not intended to be a rock release.
Music, Fashion, Film is set for release on July 24. Following the album launch, Charli is expected to perform the new material during a short arena tour and at several major music festivals, including Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and Austin City Limits.
