EVANSVILLE, Wis. — An Evansville man is accused of distributing and possessing child pornography.
Brandon Grazioso, 22, was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday on three counts of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. Department of Justice officials allege that he posted the pornography on the social media app Kik in November and December of last year.
Officials alleged that last month Grazioso possessed depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, including at least one depiction of a minor younger than 12.
If convicted, he faces up to a total of 40 years in federal prison.
