Man Arrested For Drug Possession and Failure to Appear in Court

Police in Dubuque arrested 61 year old Andrew Schlegel around 2pm Wednesday in the 3100 block of Lemon Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine-third or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as a warrant charging failure to appear in court.
