Police are investigating a burglary to a Dubuque residence resulting in the theft of items worth $29,400. The incident was reported at 9:51 a.m. November 26th in the 1900 block of Rosemont Street. According to Dubuque police, items taken include jewelry, old coins and cash. Police said that the investigation remains active and there have been no arrests.
