MADISON, Wis. — Madison police have arrested a woman in connection with a deadly stabbing near Park Street.
Authorities said the victim was stabbed multiple times in the 700 block of Braxton Place around 9 p.m. on July 27.
According to an incident report from the Madison Police Department, Crystal Hairston was booked into the Dane County Jail on Friday on tentative charges of first-degree intentional homicide.
The victim, later identified as 60-year-old Mark T. Ryan, was taken to a local hospital where life saving measures were taken, but Ryan later died from his wounds.
